Christopher Taylor of Jamaica was given a 30-month suspension for breaking doping rules

The Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU) announced that Jamaican sprinter Christopher Taylor has been suspended for 30 months due to a breach of anti-doping regulations.

AIU said that Taylor, who competed for Jamaica in the 4×400-meter relay that took home the silver medal at the 2022 World Championships, neglected to turn in a sample for an out-of-competition test around a year prior.

Taylor will be eligible once more in May 2025, and the suspension is effective from one year ago.
