In an incredible feat of dexterity, ability, and unrelenting resolve, India’s rising skater star, Takshvi Vaghani, has created a new world record for the lowest limbo skating distance of 25 metres. The 6-year-old Ahmedabad, Gujarat, prodigy broke the record for human agility on April 18, 2024, when he glided across a 25-meter course at a height of only 16 cm (6.29 in). Takshvi Vaghani’s accomplishment is proof of her extraordinary talent and demanding training.

She beat the previous world record held by Pune native Manasvi Vishal, who had skated the same distance at a height of 16.5 centimetres, with her graceful moves and flawless balance. The little skater’s outstanding performance demonstrated not only her exceptional flexibility but also her unwavering will to push the limits of what is conceivable in the roller-skating community.

Even at the young age of six, Takshvi Vaghani has already made her mark on the history of sports and served as an inspiration to many aspiring sportsmen worldwide.
