Scottie Scheffler continues good form with FedEx Cup title

Scottie Scheffler claimed victory at the Tour Championship, securing the 2024 FedEx Cup, marking the first season-long title of his PGA Tour career. Scheffler finished an impressive 30 under par, outpacing Collin Morikawa by four strokes after an eventful 4-under 67 round. With this win, Scheffler added the FedEx Cup to his growing list of achievements and earned the $25 million bonus that comes with it. He bounced back from consecutive bogeys by scoring three straight birdies on holes 9-11. A 15 1/2-foot eagle putt on the par-5 14th hole capped off Scheffler’s dominant 2024 season, reaffirming his position as the world’s top golfer.
